Nina qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and spent eight years in private practice, latterly as the Partner in charge of the franchising unit at Stones Porter solicitors in the City. She then joined Pannell Kerr Forster Management Consultants, where she became Director and Head of Franchise and Licensing Services.
Having been involved in franchising for almost 30 years, Nina is recognised as an established expert in the field, with her unique mix of both legal and operational skills.
As a long standing Affiliate Member of the British Franchise Association (bfa) Nina is fully accredited to undertake all aspects of business format franchise legal work. Such is her profile within the franchising industry that Nina has served as an elected member of the Policy Board of the bfa, was one of only 6 members of the former bfa Legal Committee and has also held the position of Legal Adviser to the bfa's Quality Standards Committee.
